Deep Forest Green

Body and Pallu: The deep forest green silk body is patterned with continuous fine gold zari grid checks (kattam) and studded with small, circular gold zari floral buttas across the field. The contrasting bright red pallu showcases elaborate all-over gold zari brocade work (jaal) with intricate geometric lattice and animal/bird motifs along the inner frame. It is edged with a wide red border featuring gold zari elephant and peacock motifs, trimmed with a subtle green selvedge edge. 

Blouse Piece: Plain bright red unstitched silk blouse piece woven with fine gold grid check lines (kattam) and finished with a matching gold zari elephant and peacock border along the edge.
