We ship across India. Here is what to expect once you place an order.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping across India. Any applicable charge is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Remote PIN codes can take longer.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can also follow your order from the Track Order page or from your account.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners will normally attempt delivery more than once. Please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable, as couriers call before delivering.

Delays

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by weather, strikes, festivals or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed if we learn of a delay affecting your order.

International orders
