Every order is carefully packed to ensure your sarees reach you in perfect condition. Order Processing • All orders are processed within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details. • After your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email containing the shipment details and tracking information (AWB number). The same shipment confirmation and tracking details will also be shared with you via WhatsApp for your convenience. • Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to become active, even though your package has already been handed over to the courier partner. Shipping Partners We deliver orders through trusted and reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. If courier services are unavailable in your location, your order will be shipped through India Post (Speed Post, Book Post, or Parcel Service). Estimated Delivery Time Within India • Orders are generally delivered within 7–9 working days after dispatch for locations serviced by our courier partners. • For locations serviced through India Post, delivery may take 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and India Post's delivery schedule. • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or unforeseen logistical delays. Shipping Charges • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. • Any promotional offers such as Free Shipping will be applied automatically wherever eligible. Important Information • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. • We request customers to provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid contact number to ensure smooth delivery. • Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address or cancellation requests may not be possible.
